We’re looking for a dynamic, dedicated Seed Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, a deep understanding of seed varieties, and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales in an assigned territory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our seed offerings and market trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach new customers and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and improve product offerings.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of crop science and seed varieties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
